Hello Summer!

 

With 4th of July around the corner, hiking, gardening, swimming, playing tennis and just about doing anything outside is on my mind, how about you? Hope you can take some time to sit back and enjoy life with loved ones, beloved pets and taking in the beauty of our great state with an extra day off next week.

 

The real estate update this month is that we continue to see more of a balanced market over the past few months as days on market trending at 54 days, yet it can vary depending on price point and neighborhood. Negotiations on the sales price and inspection items are becoming more common and although new and sold listings continue to be down, prices in Boulder and Denver remain steady. The good news is that Colorado continues to outpace the rest of the country with real estate sales down about 25% YTD while the rest of the country seems to be closer to 30%.
