Kristin is a Boulder native with a great appreciation and understanding of the local real estate market. She enjoys simplifying and clarifying the home buying/selling process for her clients, so they can feel confident and at ease. With 3 children (ages 4,7, and 9), Kristin values family and acknowledges the importance of creating a beautiful, functional, and joyful home. She is passionate about building relationships and helping others define and manifest their real estate dreams.
Kristin has lived in California, Oregon, and Washington for short periods, but her heart has always led her back to her hometown of Boulder, CO. In her mind, the beauty coupled with the progressive, vibrant community makes the Boulder/Denver area the ideal place to live and raise a family. Kristin loves playing with her family in nature, running, dancing, traveling, and happy hours with friends and husband Mike.
